Linda Kindrick
Executive Director
Linda Kindrick, the executive Director,
has over 22 years experience working for the
Small Business Administration where she worked
as a processing loan officer. She is responsible
for marketing the 504 loan program, underwrites
the loan requests and oversees the smooth
operation of the office. Linda is more than
willing to discuss your loan needs when it comes
to real estate financing. She is also willing to
help you determine what other SBA lending tool
may help lenders fill the financial needs of

Jo Ann Jones
Portfolio Servicing Manager/Loan Underwriter
Jo Ann, our Portfolio Servicing Manager/Loan
Underwriter, has
over seventeen years of commercial bank
experience ranging from loan origination,
underwriting to servicing. Jo Ann has been
involved with MCFC and the SBA 504 loan program
since 1997, first as an active member of loan
review committee serving as a Director for three
years and then Board Chair. She oversees
servicing actions on a $30M loan portfolio and
offers underwriting support as well. Call or

Sherry O'Donnell
Loan Closing Officer
Sherry O'Donnell joined Montana Community
Finance Corporation in 2000 as the Loan Closing
Officer. She has over 19 years experience in
closing, servicing and underwriting commercial
real estate loans. Her primary focus at MCFC is
closing the SBA 504 loans but she also offers
support in determining eligibility and credit
analysis. Sherry will work with the borrower and
lender to meet the requirements of the SBA
regulations in order to close the loan as

Lesley Gallagher-Tolon
Servicing/Loan Closing Officer
Lesley Gallagher-Tolon returned to Montana Community Finance
Corporation in May of 2007 as the Servicing/Loan Closing
Officer. She was previously employed with MCFC from 1995 to
2000 working first as the Administrative Assistant then as
the Loan Closing Officer. Lesley has been in the
banking/lending industry since 1985 with over 12 of those
years in closing and servicing commercial loans. She will be
managing routine servicing aspects of the existing loan
portfolio and will also be closing 504 loans. Call or email
